At Adroit Computer Institute, we aim to provide quality education and transparent services. Please read our refund policy carefully before taking admission.
1. Admission Fee / Registration Fee
- Admission fee / registration fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Course Fee Refund
Course fee refund may be considered only in limited and genuine cases, subject to management approval, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment error
- Course not started by the institute
- Exceptional cases approved by the management
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Student leaves the course voluntarily
- Irregular attendance
- Lack of interest after joining
- Batch timing inconvenience
- Personal reasons
- Course materials / access already provided
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the student must:
- Submit a written application
- Mention valid reason with proof (if applicable)
- Provide payment details/receipt
5. Refund Approval
- Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the institute management.
- The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request.
6. Processing Time
If approved, refund processing may take 7 to 15 working days, depending on the payment mode and administrative process.
7. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
- Original payment method (where applicable)
8. Policy Changes
