Refund Policy

At Adroit Computer Institute, we aim to provide quality education and transparent services. Please read our refund policy carefully before taking admission.

1. Admission Fee / Registration Fee

1. Admission fee / registration fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. Course Fee Refund

Course fee refund may be considered only in limited and genuine cases, subject to management approval, such as:

1. Duplicate payment
2. Technical payment error
3. Course not started by the institute
4. Exceptional cases approved by the management

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

1. Student leaves the course voluntarily
2. Irregular attendance
3. Lack of interest after joining
4. Batch timing inconvenience
5. Personal reasons
6. Course materials / access already provided

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the student must:

1. Submit a written application
2. Mention valid reason with proof (if applicable)
3. Provide payment details/receipt

5. Refund Approval

1. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the institute management.
2. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request.

6. Processing Time

If approved, refund processing may take 7 to 15 working days, depending on the payment mode and administrative process.

7. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through:

1. Bank Transfer
2. UPI
3. Original payment method (where applicable)
